Wrongdoing and Character

The acceptance of wrongdoing is not an easy admittance,

most live their lives estimable and inculpable,
attempting in their own humble way,
to propagate morality within their universe.
Futile? Perhaps.
For this spectrum of colour and Cimmerian Shade
is far greater than the Lilliputian actions that we undertake.
However, admittance is a necessity if we are to continue,
lest the fire of guilt, be it a spark or an inferno,
destroy you from the inside.
For to ire is part of human nature,
embedded into the depths of our soul,
but it is not what a man does,
but what a man thinks of what he has done,
that truly defines his character
